PRIVACY POLICY NOTICE – SERVE CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC

Serve Capital Partners, LLC along with Serve Management, LP as a relying adviser (collectively “Serve” or the “Firm”) and its affiliated entities are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your non-public personal information.  To that end, Serve has developed internal policies to protect this confidentiality, while allowing the Firm to serve your needs as investors.

Serve does not disclose non-public personal information about the Firm’s investors to third parties other than as described below and as permitted by applicable law.  The Firm collects information and maintains non-public personal information from your subscription agreements, investor questionnaires, or other forms that you submit to Serve, from your transactions with the Firm, and from meetings and other interactions with you (such as discussions or other contact with Serve’s staff via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic media). Serve only collects non-public personal information that the Firm needs in order to perform its investment management services.  Serve may disclose your non-public personal information to its affiliates and to firms that assist the Firm in servicing your account and that have need for such information, such as a banking institution, broker, custodian, lawyer, accountant, or other professional service providers, as permitted by law.  Serve may provide certain information regarding its investors on an aggregate basis in order to complete investments of capital that the Firm manages.  Finally, Serve may distribute to all partners in the funds certain personal financial information, such as capital account information, as required or permitted under the funds’ Limited Partnership Agreement. Serve requires third-party service providers and financial institutions with which the Firm has relationships to protect the confidentiality of your information and to use the information only for the purposes for which the Firm discloses the information to them.

Serve maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect the non-public information the Firm obtains from you.

Serve reserves the right to disclose non-public information regarding its investors to regulatory or law enforcement authorities if required to do so under the USA Patriot Act or other anti-money laundering statutes, if the Firm is compelled to do so by legal process, or if Serve determines it is in the Firm’s best interests to make disclosures in order to cooperate with regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Serve does not sell non-public personal information for monetary compensation and the Firm does not provide non-public personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Serve will adhere to the policies and practices described in this notice regardless of whether you are a current or former investor.
